Estimated processing time 48 hours. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Returns

We are a 100% satisfaction guarantee company.  We gladly accept exchanges on products that have a manufactured defect or damaged during shipping. Please contact torchedcandles01@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

For Returns, contact within 7 days of delivery, and ship within 14 days of delivery. No cancellations on submitted orders.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items (unless they arrive damaged or defective): Clearance Items & Quantity discounted items

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
